This page sets out the basic agreement between you and iKuuu VPN, including account rules, payment terms and acceptable use. Last updated: 2026.
Registering an account or using any iKuuu VPN service means you have read and agree to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please stop using the service.
You are responsible for all activity under your account, including keeping login credentials safe. If you believe your account has been used without authorisation, contact support promptly. We never request your password through any channel.
The service exists to protect privacy and enable normal network access. The following activities are not permitted:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in the activities above.
We maintain nodes and routes continuously, but network conditions fluctuate and no VPN service can promise 100% availability. Planned maintenance is scheduled during off-peak hours and announced in advance where possible.
Each plan sets a maximum number of simultaneous devices. Connections beyond that limit may be refused or may disconnect another session. Accounts may be used within a household or small team but not shared publicly or resold.
If an availability problem cannot be resolved through technical support, you can submit a refund request and we will assess it based on actual use. You may stop renewing at any time, and the service ends when the current period expires.
The service is provided 'as is'. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect losses caused by network outages, third-party platform policy changes or force majeure. Our liability is limited to the subscription fees you paid for the relevant period.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes are published on this page and, where necessary, sent to your registered email. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
If you have questions about these terms, contact us through the channels on the support page and we can explain a specific clause further.
